I had a great experience with Buffalo Collision Repair. Chad, the owner, was fantastic throughout the entire process. Even though my cheap car insurance seemed determined to delay everything as long as possible, Chad kept me updated every step of the way and was always easy to reach when I had questions.
The quality of the work is outstanding. My vehicle looks and drives great, and you honestly can't tell that it was ever involved in a collision. The paint match and repairs came out better than I expected.
In fact, the front of my vehicle looks so good now that I'm planning to come back and have Chad give the rest of the paint a full refresh so it matches! I'll probably have him take care of those little door dings while he's at it too.
If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of being in a collision—especially over a weekend—give Chad at Buffalo Collision Repair a call. He'll take good care of you and make a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with.

Needed a new motor mount and I was recommended Buffalo Customs & Collision. Professional service, made sure my vehicle was ready for me to drive. Not only did they fix my problem they gave me great information of things I should look out for. I will definitely bring my vehicle back to fix anything else. Finally found my go to place for everything auto related except for engine work and transmission work. Chad the owner is awesome and went above and beyond for me with the repairs to my Tiguan. I also had his team install a trailer hitch while it was there and it looks perfect. I would 100% percent recommend Buffalo customs collision. Chad has been trying to help me get my tail lights on my ram 1500 back to normal after someone stole them in the middle of the night and they cut the wire harness. And according to the dealer they don't make those harness any more so now my blind spots don't work. He also did some body work on my tail gate and touch ups. And through all this Chad has been great trying to help me. I have no Complaints.

Great Shop because the owners have been doing auto collision for a long time so they have the "know how", tools & technique but more importantly they want to sleep well at night and do the right thing for their customers not the Insurance Companies. I will never use a "DRP" Shop if/when I'm in another auto accident. I'll come back to Buffalo in a heartbeat. After just going through a major accident and working w/ Chad at Buffalo they were transparent the entire time, advocated for us and communicated with us throughout the 4-month ordeal.

My experience at Buffalo Customs was definitely something to brag about. My car was banged up pretty good after a hit and run. Chad -the owner, and his team were able to jump on it right away after my insurance company did their part. Chad, kept me up to date with any part that was on back order and what step was next when it arrived. Getting my Corvette Z06 back to road worth was a big job. The attention to detail they did on my car was excellent. My car actually looks better than the day I bought it. I can’t thank them enough because they went above and beyond. Had a really good experience at Buffalo with my Subaru. Looked good as new when Chad finished with it! Hope I won’t have to use him again but Iif I have some more damage to my car, I will call him for sure!

I had damage to my car that rendered it undrivable. The estimate given was very reasonable and I felt my car was given back to me in better shape than I gave it. Owner is honest and trustworthy, and I really liked that they could paint match right there at the shop for scratches in my paint job instead of sending out for the colored part that I needed. I will definitely be coming here for all future car repairs. I highly recommend this place! Great experience with this shop. I had a tailgate in need of some repair from my truck, got an estimate with an invoice over the phone. Brought in the piece and the turn around time was about 3 days total. Couldn’t be happier with the end result. Color matched perfectly.
